KCET Crash Course 2024 (Offline & Online Live)

• Students joining late for classes may not be permitted to attend the classes.
• Students must maintain decorum during the classes (Online/ Classroom) and follow decent dress code.
• Any change in contact details should be notified in writing immediately to the center manager. Failing to do so could result in important communication not reaching the student, for which BASE will not be responsible.
• Students are not permitted to use mobile phones during the classes except for attending the Online classes, Any indiscipline on this count will not be tolerated and will lead to cancellation of admission.
• Students must provide a photocopy of the Admit card of the competitive exams they appear for, upon receiving them. Thisis to keep track of the students’ achievements for issue of commendations/rewards. The photograph of the student may be used for congratulatory purposes in any promotional media and/or in brochures.
• Parents/guardians can meet teachers to discuss the student's progress with prior appointment. They are advised to keep themselves updated about their ward’s attendance and performance.
• Although assistance will be provided on request, the final responsibility of applying for the student’s target examinations rests with the student/parents/guardian. BASE will not take any responsibility for the same.
• BASE reserves the right to make alterations to the content and delivery of the course when it feels such alterations are in the best interests of the student.
• BASE may combine, or cancel batches as necessary. However, in case of batch cancellation, the student will be entitled to a full refund.
• In case a student wants to withdraw from the course, he or she has to submit a written application for the same.
• If any student wants to withdraw from the course, student must submit the withdrawal request in writing to the respective center manager. The Refund policy is given below
  Before Classes commencement : Rs.1000 will be deducted from the course fee
  After Classes commencement : No Refund
  All refunds will include refund of Proportionate amount of GST. Any exceptions must be
  Approved by ED/CEO.
  Refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the date of receipt of refund application and refunds will be paid through Cheque only. Payment mode deviations should be approved by Head of Admin & facilities or CEO/ED. In case of lockdown, after the course is commenced,all students shall opt for online program and NO Refund will be given
• In case of any dispute/disagreement regarding the interpretations of these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to an Arbitrator who shall be appointed by the CEO of BASE.
• In case of any legal dispute, proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courtsin Bangalore City only.
